I’ve been working with patients dealing with anxiety and couples struggling with conflict for two decades.
My goal is to help as many people as I can to lower anxiety and have more satisfying relationships!
In addition to creating content to help people online, I have a full-time private practice and work with patients every day on a wide variety of problems.
As a certified personality disorder expert, I have a unique practice and work tirelessly to improve my patients’ ability to manage narcissists in their lives.
I even do therapy with narcissists along the way!
In addition to being a clinical psychologist (with a history in forensics), I also hold an MBA and a degree in counterterrorism.
When I’m not working, I’m spending time with my wife and two children.
